Experience a refreshing massage at our Student Massage Clinic in Edmond!

Our clinic features a diverse range of massage techniques, all performed by students who are training to become skilled massage therapists. This unique environment not only offers affordable massage services but also helps keep tuition costs manageable for our students by providing them with valuable hands-on experience. Whether you’re looking to unwind or seeking relief from tension, our clinic is here to accommodate your needs.

There are few experiences as soothing and revitalizing as a massage. Whether you’re feeling the weight of work-related stress, dealing with neck discomfort, or experiencing muscle tightness after a sports event, a massage can help ease both your mind and body.

At Integrated Massage Therapy College, we invite the public to enjoy massages at our student massage clinic in Edmond. These sessions not only allow our students to refine their techniques but also contribute to keeping tuition costs affordable.

In our student clinic, we strive to provide our students with valuable experience in a professional working environment. As a massage client, there are some differences you may notice compared to a traditional massage studio. Here’s a list of what to expect during your visit:

• Instructor Presence: An instructor may be present in your massage session, which could be at the request of the client, student, or instructor. This allows for evaluation and feedback on the student’s bodywork.

• Observation of Sessions: Several students may observe the massage session, with the client’s permission. This is a part of the learning process for our students.

• Lecture and Discussions: You might hear lectures or discussions happening in the background, as students often engage in learning dialogue during clinic hours.

• Noise from the Waiting Area: Sounds from the waiting room, such as conversations or chairs being moved, may be heard.

• Varied Skill Levels: Students are at different stages of their education, so certain techniques may not yet be learned by all students, potentially affecting the session.

• Session Assignments: We ask that specific student requests are not permitted or recommended, as clinic hours are an essential requirement of massage training and we aim to be fair to all students.

• Shadowing: A new student may shadow an experienced student during the massage session to enhance their learning experience.

• Session Changes: Please note that your session may be reassigned to another student without prior notice, based on clinic needs.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we create a supportive learning environment for our students while providing you with quality massage therapy.

Additionally, our students participate in massage chair events for organizations and companies. A massage instructor or clinical manager will be present at all chair events. We require a minimum of four massage chairs for a duration of at least four hours. The cost is $30 per hour per chair.

If you or your company would like to arrange an event, please email help@imtcollege.com.
